RESERVATION/WAITLIST PROCESS

Our Waitlist is for those that are serious about purchasing a puppy from Our Appalachian Doodles. We reserve the right to first and second pick of every litter. If we elected not to select a puppy for our breeding program from a certain litter then the families in the lower positions move up. We have one master Priority List for all of our families regardless of gender, generation, or size preference.

1. Fill out and submit Puppy Application. Once your application is approved go to Step 2.

2. Complete and submit the Waitlist Request form. We will email you an invoice to make your deposit.

3. Make your $300 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit will be deducted from the purchase price of your puppy. If a transaction fee* is assessed by the payment processing vendor it will be assessed and paid with the final payment. If a West Virginia Sales Tax is due it will be collected on the full purchase price upon final payment.

Families on our Litter Notification email list are not guaranteed a position on our Waitlist until a deposit is placed and a Waitlist Agreement is signed. We send out litter notification emails within 1 week of the arrival of a new litter and post notifications on our Facebook page.

 

The privacy of your information is very important to us and for this reason, we do not list full names on the waitlist. Everyone will be listed with first name/last initial & date of deposit on any list made available to others.
Because we use the information you provide to communicate with you regarding Waitlist and other puppy related information, please be sure to keep us informed of any changes to your contact information.

* Per West Virginia State Law, a 6% Sales Tax will be collected if the buyer is a West Virginia resident or if a puppy is picked up or delivered in West Virginia. Any applicable sales tax will be collected when final payment is collected.
